Great little getaway

Using the key code was a bit tedious, but I appreciated the extra precautions. The unit was clean and comfortable. Aside from the coupke arguing next door it was quiet. I live nearby but sometimes it's nice to get away from the chaos of normal life. I will be back. Next time, I'll plan on going to dinner in the area.

The service was excellent. I booked for my elderly parents who were attending a wedding nearby. I called ahead of time to ensure everything was taken care of, the gentleman I spoke with was so helpful from beginning to end. He even called me back to next day to ensure I had paid for parking so my parents wouldn’t have to deal with it when they got here. On the day of the stay, my parents had a hard time entering the parking lot, but one phone call to the gentleman helping us previously and he guided them to a smooth and easy check in/parking. Overall I was most impressed with the service. My parents also said that the room was beautiful and clean.

Very nice apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay in downtown. Shopping at Jackson square is at 15 min walk.

This was a cute lil getaway while not getting away as we live in Hamilton. The space was so bright open and welcoming. The decor was beautiful & chic. The beds, pillows & bedding were TO DIE FOR!!! Most comfortable hotel stay we’ve ever had

Great property, very clean, and conveniently close to dining options. The big windows were a lovely feature. As a single woman, I would have felt safer if there were a lock on the inside of the door that could be controlled by the guest staying overnight.

Rooms are big and beautiful and very clean. We loved the balcony too. Only issue was the overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallway and elevator, but it didn’t transfer into our room. That aside it is a great place.

It was spotless but should make sure the rooms are stocked properly like toilet paper even a box of tissues would have helped. The person that I was speaking with at the laundry room was beneficial upon my entry into the Hotel friendly and courteous But when inquired about the toilet paper was told I would have to wait till the next morning at 11:00 came and went had to make another call and did get prompt service at that time other than that it was a good stay. I do like to have someone at a counter for inquiries. OLd school.

Close to Hospital's

Great location, convenient located 8 min drive to the Hamilton General Hospital. Home away from home. The Laundry Room was very accommodating when I kept extending my stay as mom stayed in the hospital longer than anticipated. Surrounded by great restaurants. The inroom all in one washer dryer combo, was great start the laundry before going to bed and wake up with dry clothes. I liked the secure entry into the hotel, elevators and room. Also loved bedroom, being separate from the living area. One suggestion is to have USB ports in the room for charging your devices. For the people who forgot to bring their charger with them. Highly recommend staying at the Laundry Room. Will stay again when I need to stay overnight in Hamilton
