Great cozy little bungalow
I was visiting my daughter at Miami of Ohio and stayed at this wonderful, clean bungalow. It was located a little far from my needs, but would be a wonderful escape for anyone.

I stayed at Spooky Nook #2 for a Miami Mom's Weekend. Overall, this sweet little option was a good choice! It is the second floor of a very old duplex style house. The entire unit was VERY basic but well-appointed and very tidy! The kitchen had a single-cup coffee maker with pods, new appliances and a little breakfast nook. The bathroom had a new shower/tub, the water was lovely and hot and there was a small stack laundry unit in there as well. While super tiny (not a bathroom for 2 people), it had everything a traveler would need including thick towels, soaps, shampoos and a hairdryer. The cozy bedroom had a twin over full bunkbed which was super comfortable and a TV with Roku on the wall. As mentioned by others, the only available plug is not close to the bed, so bring a simple 8-foot extension cord if you want your phone by you. The only thing I didn't love about this unit was the location. In general, the neighborhood is great, safe and there are a lot of things to do closeby, however, the parking spot behind the house backs up to an old bridge and river. Coming back to the unit at night by myself made me really uneasy because it is extremely dark and the outdoor motion Ring light didn't turn on until I was right next to the steps to the house. Would I stay there again? For sure!

I enjoyed my stay here. Every thing was clean, neat, and so far one of the better places I’ve stayed at. I went to the horrorhound convention and it wasn’t to far from the event. I would recommend.

Juat the right size
Beautifully decorated and perfect size. Bathroom is a little snug, the bed could be a little more comfortable and more working outlets would work wonders. Otherwise, it works well for short term visit to the area.

Except for one mishap that had nothing to do with the Host Jeff.My stay was Great!! It's a very tidy,clean and lovely apartment,located on the 2nd floor.Even though I had my own items,I did notice that if I didn't.This apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need.Including a compact washer and drying in the unit.Jeff is also a great and nice Host who responds immediately if you have questions.I would definitely stay again.

Charming older home
Charming upstairs apt in older home in Hamilton. Walking distance to shops, grateful for off street parking as it’s on a very busy road. Due to the age of the home, a little limited on outlets, etc. so working remotely was a little challenging but we figured it out! Wi-Fi was great, all amenities expected were present. Small but cozy place to hang out for a week! Property manager was responsive and very helpful and friendly.

Within walking distance to the Historic District and right at the River
Very cute home located within walking distance to many shops & restaurants. A few minutes drive or a long walk will get you to Marcum park as well. The house had everything we needed and Jeff was easily reachable!
