Somewhat disappointing stay
The floors in the entrance & main room were extremely unlevel and the pull out couch had definitely seen better days. The coffee pot alerted that it needed to be descaled. The bathroom @ bedroom appeared very clean. The hairdryer was not working @ we had to call maintenance to have a new one installed. Despite being told that there was an included continental breakfast when we booked the room, we were told on the morning of our check out that this was only available Mon-Fri. We stayed Sat night. It was a major inconvenience as we had additional travel once we left the hotel and was an important factor to us in the booking of this room.

It is an older property, but the rooms are nice and clean. Staff didn't know how to split payments for more than one person. They serve a continental breakfast. You need to get there early in order to get anything, and it wasn't replenished once gone. Vacuums started outside the room before 9:00 am and woke us up. Beautiful location though on Lake Ontario, peaceful near the water despite being near a busy roadway.
