A private, sunny roof top apartment with a large deck area and amazing 360 degree city views right in the centre of Hamilton. Covered parking is available for two vehicles. This is a great place for central city business stays.

There are two good sized bedrooms, both have comfortable queen sized beds with crisp white linen. Generous wardrobe space is also provided.
The apartment has one modern bathroom with shower and a separate toilet room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, gas hob and full electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee capsule machine.

The convenient location offers walking access to the central city and businesses. Amenities including cafes, restaurants , shopping malls, supermarkets, Waikato Stadium, Seddon Park, Hamilton Lake, the Waikato River walks and more are also close by. The Waikato Hospital and Waikato Events Centre are a further 20-30 minute walk away or a short 5 minute drive.

This is the perfect place to make the most of central Hamilton without using your car. Enjoy walking the city as we love to do.
