The service was excellent, our room was great - recently renovated in some ways although the bathroom and kitchen were a bit dated, the rest of it was nicely renovated and clean. Little things like good soap, towels, good toilet paper, excellent shower, SKY movies/sport etc. All great!

Stayed in the family apartment. A 4th bed was crammed into the lounge downstairs leaving no space to move. Appears there was permanent residents staying there and they were extremely noisy, running up and down the stairs, slamming doors and kept us awake most of the night. The milk supplied for tea and coffee was in a jug covered with cling wrap. Powerpoints didn't work. Overall a very disappointing stay.

We were pleasantly surprised at the luxury for the price. The rooms were in an excellent state. The motel quiet - eventhough close to a main highway.

A very well maintained property in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and reasonable sized room which was positioned on the upper floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Booked the Family Room which was great. Plenty of room and quiet at night. Had a toilet upstairs and downstairs. Lovely balcony with one of the bedrooms.Loved the big bathroom towels. Amenities in bathroom are a minimum -no shower cap.

Clean and comfortable motel close to city centre
Stayed for one night and it was exactly what we needed - spacious, clean, warm and close to city centre. Parking in front of unit. Unit was two-storey (bedrooms upstairs from living) which was quite unique. A bonus having two toilets when travelling with kids.

Initial thoughts on seeing the room were this is clean but basic. There were only 4 teabags supplied daily (as I was on my own this was ok but it would have nice to not ration the number of cups of tea that I could have). The drain grill on the sink draining board was blocked and very smelly. The liquid soap in the bathroom seemed to have been diluted with water as it was extremely runny, so much so as to not get any lather when washing hands. The bottom of the spa bath is very scratched and appears to look grey as though the cleaners cannot get this clean. The shower was over the spa bath so to get in the high edge bath to shower and not have a rail on the wall to hold on to is a safety issue. There was a non- slip mat over the edge of the bath but when I moved this there was someone else's hair under it on the on the edge of the bath. The loo paper is in a tall dispenser (like public toilets). The robe and slippers to use as stated in the compendium were not there. There was also no breakfast menu in the front pocket as stated in the compendium. The bed was quite comfortable but all four pillows were very, very soft. It would have been nice to have the option of firmer pillows to use even if they were kept in the wardrobe. The staff were very friendly.
