It was super average. Nothing special. I probably would not stay here again because there was a better hotel 20 minutes away. I think whatever they clean with affected my allergies. I do think that their ranking on your website is too high. Someone was too generous to give them an 8.6. I did not see any bed bugs at least.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, wonderful staff, and good continental breakfast! The only issues I experienced were verbally heated conversations that took place in the parking lot. These were a bit concerning as the individuals were not staying at the hotel and appeared to be impaired.

Clean but HOT
Unfortunately the air conditioner in the room was not adequate. When I called the front desk they indicated that the person who could look at the AC wouldn’t be in until the next day (no offer to move me to a different room for my comfort) and they did not have any fans to provide. The next morning I had to call the front desk again about the AC and was told the person who would look at the AC was also the person who cleans rooms and he would not be available until the rooms were clean. I just happened to see the cleaning crew next door and told the gentleman about the AC problem, he immediately said “It’s because it’s so hot, the AC can’t keep up.” He turned the AC down to 61 degrees and said that would help. I asked if I could get a fan and he said he had a personal one he would bring me. I’ve included a photo of the fan he brought me. I will say it did help move the air throughout the room but it was loud. I feel that the very least they could have done was offer me a different room.

The stay was great, the check in process with Expedia was not good at all, the electronic receipt didn’t work, when the lady at the front desk called Expedia the person on the other end hung up on her when she would not give her last name, she did not want to give her last name because she had her identity stolen recently. I heard the person on the other end say I cat help you and heard her hang up. Very unprofessional. The hotel staff had to call again as guests were backing up for check in.
