I paid more for getting upper floor as I had ground with cheaper option but they gave me ground with higher price. I don't like the way she talked with me. I have only this one if you want. I am paying more so be respectful.

Overall a good stay but a strange breakfast experience. The breakfast room is tiny, which is fine, but when we went in no one else was there. A staff member followed us in and went behind the little counter that was in there and watched us. Not sure if it was a security thing but because of how small the room is, it was very awkward. He was literally inches away from us when we were getting our food. We picked the furthest table from him to sit and eat but felt very uncomfortable.

When I got there the first room sink didn’t drain, second room they gave us had very low to the ground double beds when we asked for queens, had to move rooms 3 times total, no elevator for accessibility, breakfast was good.

Hotel is a bit outdated, but adequate. The air conditioning unit in the room is too noisy to sleep, it needs to be updated with a quieter fan and compressor. Beds were a bit too soft. Walls are thin and not well insulated for sound. Although a continental breakfast is included, it was not appealing, we didn't try it. Staff could be more helpful.

A 3 hour delay in getting into our room is not acceptable! It delayed the rest of our plans. The room smelled like smoke but the air conditioning worked well so able to improve the smell. The young lady at front desk was very sweet snd apologetic but no discount given. Won't be back
