Very good hotel. We enjoyed it very much. The Breakfast was good. In this hotel was not buffet style, In the breakfast voucher there are about 4 options for breakfast and then once a type of breakfast is picked. then is brought to the table. It is good (for some reason we just thought the breakfast is buffet style), But it was good. The waiters were very nice, they allowed us to get bananas too. :)

The rooms were just average at best, the bathroom was very tiny, the door could not be fully opened because of the curved shower curtain rod and the door almost hit the toilet it was so tight. You had to shimmy into the bathroom past the toilet to close the door to sit on the toilet or get into the shower. The hallways hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while and smelled like old people. I looked at the pool - did not go in, but there was a large blob of debris on the bottom of the pool in the center which looked really gross.

I had a continual issue with the electronic key cards wherein on 4 occasions during my stay I had to either be issued a new key or the current one had to be re-keyed. While the staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant, it became an irritant.

Good and not so
The room was beautiful with a fireplace (light) and jacuzzi which we didn’t use. Room was clean as was the bathroom with everything that you could need. The king bed was clean, however hard, not comfortable. The staff were very good. I didn’t like the Stir Fry in the dining room was not good, only 3 veggies with white rice and sweet sauce..bottled? The table was sticky was a negative to cleanly view. The building was lovely and the staff are nice. We were over only one night, so a short time to access. I would not hesitate to try again.

Not for light sleepers. The air conditioning unit was so noisy we had to switch it off. From 12:30 am to 2am there was a buzz in the East wing loud enough to wake us up and keep us awake.
