Remodeled apartment that is perfect for the long-term or short-term worker in town. This apartment is on the first floor and features two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Just 2.5 miles away from Spooky Nook, 3 miles from Hamilton's Urban Backyard (HUB), and equidistant between Cincinnati and Dayton - we have what you need for a comfortable stay in Hamilton!

What this apartment lacks in size, it makes up for in cozy accommodations! When you walk in you will be greeted by the living room with both a sofa and loveseat, plus a large Smart TV where you can tune in to your favorite apps.

Our kitchen is the largest room in the apartment and has everything you need to make you feel at home, including plenty of seating at our kitchen table and plenty of coffee as well!

Both bedrooms in the apartment share the same bathroom, but there is plenty of room for everyone!

There is a washer and dryer unit located in the kitchen.

You will enter the home using the August Home app, please make sure you download this keyless entry system. As well, we set a four digit emergency keypad code for the front door.

We keep our interaction minimal unless you need us to come out. We utilize the August Home app to issue virtual keys for your stay.

This neighborhood is a bit older and industrial. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the rental for you as there are railroad tracks we are situated next to.

You will need to utilize your own car during your stay.

This apartment is located next to a semi-truck repair shop where a gentleman lives in his trailer home. There can be some loud noise coming from the shop as well as from the close train tracks. .
Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!
