you never people working foir this hotel. also it was terrible when i arrived. nobody was there and they dont even send me a code to open the door, i was glad i met one of the customer who has a mobile phone and call the number. but terrible logistics

It wouls be great if they can mark in the hotel description that no staff will be at the check in counter after 8pm and customer who check in after that has to contact the staff in advance. My confirmation letter just mentioned tht check in starts at 3pm and till mid night. I missed the email they would like to check my check in time and i was stuck at the lobby with closed door. Not untill I call the hotel and someone gave me the passcode to get the room key from the mailbox.

Well refurbished hotel very good design
Very nice hotel experience better then I though, needed refreshments like coffee or bottled water in hotel room only down side other then that very pleased with are stay. Staff very helpful, would go again.

The hotel reception is not open past 8pm and only reopens 8am. I arrived past 8pm and it was then not so easy to enter the hotel and get my room key card. These premises are best described as studio apartments, as there are no facilities, no breakfast on offer, and limited reception hours. It’s not a hotel! The room was clean and tidy. However the surroundings of the ‚hotel‘ are below standard, noisy for most of the night, people drinking and shouting in front of my window so that i had to call security twice. The guard explained that this is ‚normal‘ here. A taxi ride to the city is 30 Euro. Next time I will stay in HH City, not at this ‚hotel‘ again.

The room was a sauna
The hotel itself is adorable and has beautifully painted walls with various designs in each room. Though on the smaller side, I really loved the room's and bathroom's design, and the bed was comfy. However, my husband tends to struggle with heat (and by contrast, I'm almost always cold). Not only is there no A/C--this would have been fine with better circulation in the room--but there were no fans available and the room legitimately traps heat. We cut our stay short; the one night we were there, we struggled to sleep because the room was so humid, both of us were covered in sweat, and we took multiple showers over the course of the night just so we could try to get a few more hours of rest. My husband also developed heat rashes all over his body. Ultimately, I think this hotel would be wonderful in the Fall or Winter months...but it's brutal for late Spring/early Summer. The staff was very nice and spoke excellent English.
