Everything was spotlessly clean and contact with email hotel manager was very quick regarding a few concerns that we came across.Everything was solved in quick and professional manner. Although, on the day of our check out, the cleaning crew started to knock to our doors from 7AM, and after that 3 more times and at 9AM they entered the room while we still were sleeping. I understand they they want to clean but check out it’s at 11AM. In the United States it’s just unacceptable to do that.

Beautifully laid out. Absolutely spotless. Easy access to Hamburg city centre. Everything is electronic and you hardly need to talk to a person… but when you do they are polite and professional. Great property!

Einfach un unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber. Einzig die Klimaanlage kühlte nicht wirklich runter. Aber sonst alles top.

Wij hebben hier gelogeerd onderweg naar Denemarken. Prima plek om even te logeren met twee kinderen op de slaapbank, en dichtbij de snelweg 7. Er is een klein keukentje (met vriesvakje) en de mogelijkheid om zelf te koken, maar je kunt ook even naar buiten lopen waar wat eetgelegenheden zijn. Omgeving is verder niet zo charmant als het centrum maar dat hoefde voor ons ook niet. Parkeren kan gewoon in straat, volgens mij gratis (of de bon moet nog volgen?) Je kunt trouwens ook gebruik maken van de gym en de sauna van het hotel ernaast. Communicatie met het personeel gaat per whatsapp, maar ze zijn snel en vriendelijk met hun antwoorden. Zeker een aanrader!

Fantastisk sted. Alt var bare i skønneste orden. Min mand syntes at sengen var alt for blød, til gengæld var sovesofaen perfekt. Eneste lillebitte minus var at det var svært at finde en parkeringsplads, men det er muligt i gå-afstand. Der var billeder af sauna og gym, men det har man ikke adgang til. Kan varmt anbefale hotellet og ville helt sikkert komme tilbage.

Rigtig fint til nogle dage med familien i Hamborg. Rent og pænt. Familieværelse fungerede fint selvom der ikke var meget plads. Eneste minus var at elevator ikke virkede på afrejsedagen. Der er langt fra 5 sal med bagagen.
