close to the station and this is the only quality

Pros: Nothing

Cons: the bed, pillows, cleaning and quality of the staff (it seems they are from a turkish mafia that controls all hotels in the area)

Location: it is not the safest or nicest location, but it is close to the central station and the city center

The room was small, simple and we only wanted a place to sleep and shower. But this was impossible as the bed was old an horrible. The mattress was completely broken and uneven. It was impossible to sleep because the it was like falling from the bed and there was no back support. They gave us 2 single duvets (I was with my boyfriend) and it was a bit awkward. The pillows were also old and smelly, so after the first night I asked them for new pillows but I heard excuses and promises that someone would bring later and it never happened. So, we spent 2 nights without any sleep, ruining our trip. I have been in Germany many times and this was by far the worst hotel I stayed in Germany and one of the most uncomfortable places I slept in life.

Very Hamburg

I enjoyed my stay, and found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. There are a few add-on costs, e.g. for the Internet and breakfast, but I don't think I was actually charged for the first, and the second was good value. The thing to know about is that the street is rather full of 'character', both day and night, although not actually dangerous. The sound of broken glass being swept up outside my window on Sunday morning woke me early, but this being Germany, the sweeping was very efficient. The closeness to the main station, which includes all the U and S Bahn lines, was a real advantage.

Comfortable room

Room very comfortable and Staff friendly.Lift didn't work though for the three days I was there and it was a long way up to my room on fifth floor!Wouldnt have mattered if I was twenty years younger.Thats the only criticism though.

Good hotel in excellent location

Hotel located in close proximity to Hamburg Central station so ideal for travel/connections, with very friendly and helpful staff.

Also das Hotel ist nicht behinderten gerecht desweiteren das Frühstück ist für 7,50 zu teuer für ein Kind weil das isst das Kind niemals auf für einen erwachsenen ist es inordnung. Zu den Zimmer es stinkt und ist dreckig und sehr laut. Und wenn man sich über die Lautstärke beschweren will bekommt man gesagt das ist normal man solle darauf doch Rücksicht nehmen und sich Kopfhörer in die Ohren stecken.

Der Aufzzg ist ein Witz, zuerst muss die Koffer 1 Stockwerke hochgeschleppt werden, bevor der Aufzug startet. Er hält nur in den Zwischenetage. Das Hotel ist sehr ringhörig. Zimmer sind klein und überschaubar.
