My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Hamburg was a major disappointment. First off, the cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. My room was dirty, with visible stains and dust that made me question whether it had even been properly cleaned. To add to the frustration, the manager I encountered was not only rude but also exhibited racist behavior. Instead of resolving my concerns, they were dismissive and condescending, which only made the situation worse. I was promised a refund for my troubles, but after following up, the management flat-out refused to honor that commitment. It feels incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. On top of all this, the internet connection was painfully slow, making it difficult to get any work done. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Hamburg was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend staying here—there are much better options available!

I liked the location to the places I needed to go. Also the quietness for sleep. The shower where to me too slippery-thank goodness for the instilled holds. The sink had the turning of the ater quite in awful location to use.

The staff were helpful giving directions. The breakfast was good. The area had limited restaurants and there was nothing to see as it was a business district. I chose it as it was marginally cheaper than other places that didn’t have gym facilities, it had promised a spa but that wasn’t functional, locked with promise of repair.

The air conditioning did not work, and the ac fan would only blow slow speed. Ask to have it checked, and they said it was working properly. The from was not clean, beds uncomfortable, thin pillows. No free coffee downstairs, breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child was $91 us

The only problem was a difficult for the charging EV,because of the shortage of the charging station,the only four were took place by those which charged full or just taken by the vehicle which did not charge but occupied.as the hotel manage,they should put a clear & large sign for those offenders.respect others or remove their car in limited time.or it will be towed away on owner’s expenses.
