清掃は行き届いているが、室内灯の電球が途中で切れたり電気ポットが壊れてたりと設備は古い。ただフロントに言えば別の部屋に変更を提案してくれ、すぐに対応してくれたのでその点は良かった。廊下での人の会話が室内まで届くので、人によってはうるさいと感じるかも。 浜松駅から徒歩５分ほどの立地はとても便利。あとフロントの対応もきちんとしていて良かった。
