While we were not expecting a 5 star motel this is a tired motel. the rooms while clean enough, are old, in need of updates. the linen and towels are worn. The biggest issue is that for a motel with 20 rooms there is 17 parking slots. Right in front of our room a trailer was parked with an ATV on top of the no parking sign and blocking the only wheelchair access that I could see. The person in the office knew that it was there and didn't do anything and basically said good luck with the parking. I would recommend that you spend the extra $20 and stay elsewhere

I liked that the room had a beautiful view of the lake and having the room service was nice. When I went to check in, it took 10 minutes of standing there waiting for the receptionist to end a phone conversation which was a little frustrating. The room itself had a running toilet and the fridge compressor was so loud when it kicked in it startled me during the night. Also parking in the tiny stalls with the posts so close was a little tricky and would be difficult for someone with accessibility issues.

The property is getting tired and in need of a good remodelling. The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. It took a long time for the security deposit to be cleared from my credit card, I'm not sure if this was their or my banks problem

One of the best motels I've ever lived in. It is right next to the lake. Nearly each room has a stunning lake view. I miss the sunrises there and can easily stay in my room for days without getting bored. The staff were very friendly

The best thing about this motel was its location on the lack and the view of the lack from the room window. The rest of it is functional to spend the night. Staff not accomotating. Asked for a couple of hours extension of the check out time as our flight back was in late evening. Denied.

Timberlea was a random find on the way to next destination. The hotel suited our needs for the price, we liked the added kitchen space but tv was tiny with barely any channels. The view and exterior is very sweet and this small town is really cute and rebuilding well.

We really liked the lake view from our room we booked. Good pricing for what it is. We sidnt get housekeeping services even after telling the person working that day that we needed our room cleaned as we had an infant with us.

Lovely staff!!! Clean room, great eating area, beds were comfortable but could use an update (creaky). Parking was a little tight when multiple large trucks were parked, made it difficult for a small car to get around. Beautiful view of lake! Would’ve loved to have had an area to sit out by the lake. The area across the road near pharmacy and restaurant felt quite unsafe in the evening.

Clean, comfortable room with a little kitchenette. Tim Horton’s, convenience store & brewery all within walking distance. Beautiful view of the water, with a sitting area available.
