Room was spacious but otherwise disappointing. Tile flooring was sticky, pillows were too soft, sofa creaked when you sat on it, kitchen faucet leaked, refrigerator was awkward due to hinge on wrong side, free wifi was not available until asking at front desk. On the plus side the breakfast was well done and staff were helpful.

Hotel was in a great location and close to good spots downtown. Despite room service being offered every other day the cleaning staff did not make our bed (nothing was preventing them to do so) and did not clean the room like take used towels or clean up the kitchen. The tub drain was clogged and wouldn’t recede for quite some after showers. Avleen at the front desk made it right by offering to waive our daily parking. We appreciate her for taking our concerns seriously and for taking ownership of the situation. Thanks Avleen!

Not as accessible as ad claimed. The door to our room was extremely frustrating to get through, the elevators would close before we could get in, I could not bring my wheelchair into the bathroom to access the shower. Room was spacious and nice though and most of it was accessible inside, besides the bathroom. The door situation absolutely needs to be changed before I would consider staying again. I may be able to get out of my wheelchair and walk for a limited time, but many can’t. Staff was friendly but unreachable when needed at night.
