We checked in late and were gone before 4am so didn’t get to experience much of the hotel. On our return trip, the shuttle driver went above and beyond for us. I have mobility challenges and he was kind and extremely helpful to me and my husband. What a great ambassador for your hotel!! I didn’t get his name but he was quite tall and was working the afternoon of Dec 31st.

Great for our purposes.
Stayed for one night before catching an early flight. Service was great but it did seem like they were short staffed. Our room was cold and never really warmed up despite our continuing to turn up the thermostat. Staff brought extra blankets quickly on request. There was also constant noise and banging throughout the night which is more a reflection of other guests than the hotel. A silver lining is that it served as a reminder for us all to be considerate and respectful of everyone when travelling and provided a good teaching opportunity for our children.

I travel arrive later, little something to hold me over. Thinking I'll have a hearty breakfast before I have to drive 4 hours. 7:30 am go for breakfast, restaurant not open .staff don't know if it will open or not.so much for hearty breakfast, left hotel hungry and very disappointed, enough to say I won't be back.

Arrived 9 pm on a Thursday. Chose this hotel as it had a bar and restaurant and was 50 dollars cheaper than the Alt Hotel (which I love). Bar was closed. Spent 60 dollars on delivery. Person at the front desk was lovely. Gave me a free breakfast. The person working the breakfast buffet wouldn’t leave me alone. Like I’ve never been to a buffet before. She also kept explaining she didn’t want to take the Saran Wrap off of anything if no one wanted it. I saw a sign saying breakfast was 20 dollars - obscene ripoff. Weird experience. Won’t stay there again. Great place to park your car though!
