This large 1 bdr apartment is located on the 1st/top floor (16 steps) in a historic building a stones throw from Spring Garden Rd. Walk to restaurants , bars, grocery, universities, museums etc. This is a very quiet and safe area of Halifax South, blocks from downtown hotels. The space offers an open concept fully equipped kitchen. All utilities, linens, internet, 4k TV, parking are included.
This beautifully renovated one bedroom second floor apartment, is ideally situated for professionals or a young family. You won’t be disappointed as this apartment is walking distance to all amenities. The space offers a hotel feel but with an Airbnb price tag.
There is a main entrance to our building and a lock box allowing you to enter and access the apartment whenever it’s convenient for you.
We are available by phone 24/7. We no longer live near the city but we have someone available to be on site if needed.
