Stayed three nights and enjoyed the clean accommodations. Our rental car battery died and without hesitation one of the staff (sorry I didn't get her name) offered to jump start it. Very much appreciated and says a lot about their service. Good breakfast and good location for access to the highway.

The hotel is very outdated and you can hear everything! We were put in the room right next to the gym’. Which should not be a guest room! We were woken up at 7am by slamming weights so loud it made the headboard move. You could hear every service cart, ice machine rumble and doors through the entire night and into the morning. When informing the staff member ‘Kevin’ about the issue his response was “no one has ever complained about the gym noise before, what do you want me to do about it”. This was the most troubling obviously, but aside from this the bathroom was so poorly cleaned there was streaks all down the walls. The soaps were not refilled so we ran out of body wash. The breakfast was not terrible but I would say 3.5/10. They had a nice Nespresso machine so we did enjoy a good quality coffee in the morning. The 24hr tea and coffee station was nice. Pool was very small but was empty when we used it so we did enjoy a little swim. The gym is very small and has outdated equipment. Based on this stay I would not stay again another night even if it was free.

The hotel was good. We enjoyed our stay with just one issue with some guests by the side door trying to speak with female guests that walked by. There is no restaurant onsite so it was inconvenient for us when we checked in later but did not want to drive out for dinner.

Breakfast was really good. Staff were helpful. Nespresso coffee in the room was excellent. A few options within walking distance, pizza/donairs, etc. It was a bit far from the waterfront, and the traffic to/from downtown is tough!
