Paying for parking but the parking was full every night if you go back past 8-9pm. We asked for fresh towels and coffee for our room, more than once and it was never brought (we stayed 3 nights). The breakfast isn’t included so if you have breakfast in the restaurant you pay 55-60$ (for two people) for a very unimpressive breakfast. The buffet was basically a continental breakfast that is free at most hotels. They tell you quiet time after 10pm yet our floor was soo loud one night we couldn’t sleep and we could smell cigarette smoke. We were not impressed at all, won’t book here again.

This is an older but refurbished property with good amenities. Located adjacent to the commons, it’s close to the hospital and in a very walkable and quieter area of the city (important for me as I was bringing a dog). Definitely plan to stay again when visiting the city.

Property is lovely. Staff were not friendly in my experience. Limited parking onsite so you need to find alternatives like the hospital across the road. Cleaning service was not expected. You had to ask. Would not go back.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff are pleasant. The undergound parking lot is small and the spots are tiny. We have a mid-size car and it was a tight squeeze. Convenient location (though it is right downtown, so I recommend ear plugs if traffic noise is an issue), walkable to restaurants. Overall, a good experience.

The restaurant was always cold. People were eating in sweaters and on occasion some was wearing their coat. Saw a couple nice there too. Other than that the property was clean and the staff very courteous.
