We arrived at the Hotel to check in at approximately 10pm to be told the room 'wasn't quite ready'. Couldnt quite believe that! Was told by another member of staff tthere had been a system failure so wasnt sure what to believe. Staff offered no information about breakfast, alarm calls or indeed anything. Disappointing.

not great this time
We stay here often. Usually it is perfect. This time, there was no hot water in the shower. The sink had hot water, but I am totally dependent on a hot shower to ease into an early morning flight. It was a bad start to my day. On the upside, the pizza there is outstanding. I will look forward to that again on my next stay.
