Lovely hotel, comfy bed very modern room great abundance of hot water in bathroom. My only negative comment was room was too hot and despite turning thermostat down could not cool it down so slept badly and pool was too cold for me at 84f felt like 74f would come again

It's pricey for the size of the room, but worth the convenience to make air travel less stressful and complex, especially with a pet! Facilities are clean, check-in was simple and stress-free. It would be nice if the rooms came equipped with robes, however, and a few more amenities. But otherwise, a great airport hotel.

The convenience of staying right in the airport when you have an early morning flight takes away so much stress. No worries about travel time or returning your rental car. You don’t even have to go outside! It’s connected to the terminal! The hotel is modern, clean and quiet.

If you come in off the street, there are NO markings or signs telling you how to get to the Reception desk to check in. It took us 15 minutes of wandering around to find it - and when we did they sent us to another floor!! On the positive side, it is across the street from the YHZ airport departures terminal and they have an indoor pedway to the airport check-in counters.
