This was such an incredible trip. Everyone working here is super sweet and helpful. My partner and I were travelling the Sunshine Coast and only stayed at the Rockwater Secret Cove Resort for one night but in one night we were able to kayak, swim, hike some of the most beautiful trails nearby and enjoy the more delicious meal we've had in a while. Definitely will be coming back!

The Rockwater is in one of the most stunning natural settings that cannot be replicated. Our room had a lovely view and amenities from a keurig to a bug zapper but was missing some basic care, the key example being a bathroom door missing proper hardware and with peeling paint (32) and no reaction when mentioned to the staff this would be a priority to fix. They will need to pay attention to these details to maintain returning clients. The restaurant is in the lobby but run separately. It would be good to find a way to make these two experiences feel.cohesive... ie billing to the room as an option. On our checkout day we had a delightful experience with the housekeeper who was watching the front desk. Her let me figure things out attitude should have the managemnt paying atte tion to keep this type of great attitude around.

i like that it was quiet,my king bed was overlooking the roof, was not good, the dinner menu was expensive and selection was not good. the check out was quick, and the breakfast was good and big.

The photos on this resort were taken long ago. The current state of the rooms is pretty deplorable, dated. There were plenty of mosquitoes buzzing in the room. hot tub was not working when we checked-in. Overall, it was disappointing for the price we paid for this resort. We will never come back to stay.

Pros: The views from the resort are beautiful and we had great service from both the hotel and restaurant staff. The beds were also very comfortable. Cons: The overall property condition let things down a bit. Be aware that the parking areas are very tight and the rooms are looking a little tired. We stayed in one of the tents and it was quite chilly (even with the fireplace on the entire night). The walkway out to the tents is quite long and the wooden path boards were in pretty rough shape (not ideal for walking to the restaurant in heels). Overall: Not up to the standards for “luxury” at the price we paid. It would be far better at standard rates.

The hotel show Pet friendly, we have booked the premium Tent, after receive booking confirmation., we call the resort a couple time, no one answer. Upon arrival, the staff told us the premium Tent is not pet friendly, you guys did not check "pet are only allow in specify room and you should call us" on Expedia and move us to Cabin and charge us the premium Tents' charge. Both the resort and Expedia refuse to refund the different in price. Honestly if this is a pet friendly one, they should indicate which type room are pet friendly and which are not. And stopping blaming customer did not contact the hotel, and nor even no one answer, you should leave us message and why you guy don't leave us messages. Overall this is quite an unpleasant experience and Thanks, never again.
