What they show on internet and what was got was not the same. The 1st floor was upgraded. I had a submarine sized bathroom and room. Hear front desk phone all day and night, directly across one of many train station stops so could hear that every 10, 15, 30, 40 mins ect

The location and that they allows people to leave their luggage in the lobby for us to pick up later , the rooms are very small clean but very small and the bathroom was the smallest ever , I’m a 6 f 220 person and barely fit in the shower and toilet, the staff is very friendly and very polite, this place is more like a motel more ga hotel , is good for 1 person a small person, I do not recommend for big people like me ,,

This hotel was an extremely close walk to the train station and many dining options. It was super convenient for a one night stay and offered wonderful free amenities, including free coffee and tea on L2. The room was spacious and quiet and the wifi connection was great. I’d recommend to anyone!

Quiet hotel very convenient to Odawara Station and walking distance to the castle. The staff stored our luggage while we explored during the day and had it in our room ready for us that night. Room size was great for the three of us and beds were very comfortable. Lots of food options nearby. Perfect for our needs.

Very convenient for Odawara station. Room was a decent size, but the bathroom was tiny. Quite hard to negotiate if you’re taller than average. Front desk was very helpful and patient in organising onward delivery of my luggage.

This is NOT a hotel!!! as much as I stayed only 11/31/2023. The washroom is only about twice as big as airplane toilets with a kids’ size tub, about 4’ long. No desk, no chair, no nothing!!! A/C wasn’t working!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! as much as it’s about 5 minutes walk from Odawara Station.

For a three star option, we felt this was very good. Staff were friendly, the room was large and comfortable and very clean! We would stay here again, as a traveller, it was super close to the train station.

Disappointing
The hotel doesn’t look as nice as in the pictures. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Very noisy. There is a bar on both sides of the hotel but the noise was from other hotel guests. The staff at the hotel knew how noisy the guests were being and didn’t say nothing to them. They were unhelpful when I complained. Expensive and poor hotel.

This hotel is in a very convenient location right next to Odawara station. The staff were very welcoming and polite and the whole property was spotlessly clean. The room was quite small, but probably not by Japanese standards and we had everything in it that we needed, except for wardrobe space so we lived out of our suitcases which was no real hassle. Great value for money at £450 per week compared to some of the other hotels in the area. Would recommend if you are in Odawara.
