An absolutely beautiful hotel, the staff were very welcoming and polite. Their service was exceptional. The luxurious room with private onsen was a wonderful unique experience. The room, furniture and bathroom were in great condition. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic stay!
We had an excellent stay at Hotel Indigo Hakone Gora. The staff were very attentive, professional, and friendly. We did not have any issues at all. We loved our room and how spacious, clean, and nice it looked, and enjoyed the in-room hot spring bath. The dinner service was excellent as well. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends and will come back if we go to Hakone again in the future.

Great hotel to stay in Hakone!
This hotel is amazing. We have 3 people staying and all the staff are very friendly. Transportation is not an issue at all. The hotel provides free shuttle service (scheduled) in between odawara station and also free pick up/ drop off service (no reservation needed) to Gora station. The private onsen is awesome, just a little disappointment is we are facing the river which they are having big construction during the day time. You will hear the noise if you are in your room during day time.
