Location was good, short walk from Hakodate station. Room was bigger than I expected. Hotel was a bit dated not the same caliber as other APA hotels I have stayed at, but still a good value. Bath was squeaky clean.

Just a 1 night stay but I found this hotel to be very clean, quiet and just a short walk from the train station. A ramline is nearby, which takes one to visit the heritage areas or town. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Japan.

That was the comfiest and softest bed I've ever slept on at a japanese business hotel. Normally they're way on the firmer side, sometimes they might as well be made out of concrete, but this bed and room were top tier.

It’s pretty average for what you’d usually find in Japan, provided I did chose a level that of which allowed smoking therefore bolstering the tobacco smell, So keep that in mind when booking.
