The holiday home is only approx. 150 m from Lake "Naren" (10 km long, 2.5 km wide, drinking water quality), other lakes with plenty of fish can be found in the immediate vicinity
The surrounding area is perfect for adventure trips in the wilderness, moose safaris, fishing and exploring nature by boat or canoe.
The sandy beach with jetty is close by, and even in summer you have the beach almost to yourself.
The house is also ideal for families with children. There are excellent sporting opportunities in the surrounding area, such as fishing, hiking, jogging, cycling (two bicycles are on site and can be used free of charge.
This is a non-smoking house. The house was completely renovated in May 2015 and last partially refurnished in June 2022. It has a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with modern appliances such as an electric cooker (convection/convection) and dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need for baking and cooking.
The large dining table is suitable for 4 people. The shower with WC is equipped to German standards.
The house has a fast fibre optic connection with free guest WLAN.
On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor there are two single beds in the large bedroom. There is a modern washing machine and a heat pump tumble dryer in the bright cellar. The living room has a 40" LED TV, satellite receiver (German channels), BluRay/DVD player, Wii games console with games.
The air conditioning can be used for heating or cooling if required.
The house stands on a large natural plot and has a large garage for your vehicle. The charcoal barbecue, the garden furniture (several loungers, outdoor dining table for 4 people), the rowing boat with paddle incl. life jackets and two new aluminium bicycles (28", 7-speed hub gears with easy access) can be used free of charge.
The canoe can be booked for a small fee.
The WLAN guest access (fibre optic connection) can be used free of charge.
Your four-legged companions are very welcome (1 dog allowed, free of charge).
The deposit will be transferred directly to the landlord and refunded minus any electricity costs incurred.
