Pleasant experience and highly recommend
My room was comfortable and immaculate when I checked in at this Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The room I was given on the first floor was also incredibly quiet. Although the hotel was completely booked, I heard nothing in the hallways until 8 am. The breakfast offering also far exceeded my expectations with lots of selections. Probably the best breakfast I have had at any hotel recently. My only two criticisms was the check-in was slow when I arrived. The person at the front desk was on a personal call and then once she hung up, she had a phone call related to a medical emergency at the hotel. Also, parking was at a premium but only because of my late arrival. I did find a parking space though. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to weary travelers.

We enjoyed our stay at this motel. The room was nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was so good. However, I was not expecting addition charges when I arrived to supposedly have refunded later. It's been several days and still no refund. It would of been nice to know of this charge while booking on Expedia.

The bathroom tub had a permanent stain with dirty standing water, making it impossible for my family to bathe. I informed the front desk but they never offered to switch my room or fix the problem.
