The cleanest hotel in a long time… inside and outside. The room, the halls, the dining and coffee area…and the grounds all strong, the lawn and flowers… really surprisingly clean, neat and new looking!

Great place!
Amelia at the front desk was welcoming and friendly and efficient. She even asked if she could help with her bags. My friend and I both use canes so we were happy to accept her kind offer. She showed us where to park and said she takes the luggage down to our room, when we came in, she was waiting two bottles of water because she saw that I was a HILTON Honors Member. The room was roomy And the beds were comfy. Breakfast the next morning had both hot and cold options. The man at the desk was also friendly and efficient when we checked out. I will definitely stay here agsin in the future.

We have had many disappointments when reserving a hotel room at other establishments. The Hampton Inn Hagerstown was a pleasant surprise of a very clean room, great sleeping options, bathroom full of extra perks, shampoo, lotions, etc. They also included a hot breakfast with many choices. Although Expedia put us in a double queen disability room, The Hilton reservationists were kind enough switch us to a standard double queen. I will definitely stay with the Hampton Inn, in the future. I will most likely book through them.

Lovely suite, great sofa, powerful shower. AC/heat is perfect. Front desk staff is very helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. Melon in addition to bananas, cheerios (need almond milk), great bagels. Not much to say about the hot food. Laundry room is cheap. Urgent care nearby is useful. Nice place.
