Gross property. Fruit flies everywhere in the breakfast area, pool, rooms. Cockroaches in rooms. Would not recommend or stay again.

The check in was good, the place was quiet, but the overall appearance needs work. I worked maintenance and in the building trades for years, so i notice things more than most perhaps. I just saw a lot of wear and tear. Carpets that are stained, paint worn off in high use areas, torn bed skirts, and an overall need for an update. It's not a nice as i would have expected given its 8.2 rating on hotels.com, more like a 6 in my opinion. Pool is small and when we poke our head in to see it, found the pool area to be very warm, unused and like the rest of the hotel, lacking in appearance.

I room went not the cleanest. They only clean you room every 3 day. On the 3rd day they didnt do anything in our room.. Everytime we need cleam towels i had to go to thw front desk to get them. They never dumped our trash in 4 days. It smelled very musty.

very nice staff
the room was fine, the bed was comfy but EVERYTIME either myself or my 9 year old moved in the bed the whole bed moved a lot it was so bad we were walking the halls at 230 am. overall it was a great stay the staff was super nice and changed the filter in my room so my allergies didn't get bad, we were there for a baseball tournament and a big group of us stayed. we had a pizza party on the deck off the pool and had an amazing time.

Loved it so much, we stayed again on the way back
We enjoyed our stay here so much, we ended up staying here again on the way back through to come home. So we actually stayed here twice during our trip! We loved the staff - the gentleman at the front desk from Long Island was hilarious! Also, breakfast was great and we loved the jacuzzi tub in the room!

Nice property convenient to shopping and main highways. Breakfast was just ok. Room clean and comfortable but the bathroom was in serious need of fresh paint. Stairwells were in need of a good sweeping. Our biggest complaint is that, as in many other hotels now, the rooms are not serviced at all during the stay. Beds do not need to be changed or even made but the trash should be removed, coffee/tea and cups replaced on a daily basis and used linens that are on the floor should be replaced. That’s it. 5 minutes.

During check in, they specifically said that we had to request cleaning service. And we did. Imagine my disappointment when we come back to the room after our wedding and nothing was cleaned, no new towels, and the trash from dinner the previous night was still in the can.

The hotel was very clean and the staff pleasant. It had all the amenities I needed. However, there was a very noticeable smell of cleaning products everywhere. The atmosphere and decor was rather austere, which was not particularly welcoming. On the other hand I had a lovely swim in the pool, followed by a nice clean warm shower with soft luxurious towels.

Had fruit flys during breakfast. Pool was dirty has scum around the edges, microwave almost caught fire brought me a new one the next day and it sounded just as bad. Manager complained that my daughter came to visit even though we were in the parking lot. Still haven’t received back payment I was charged for my dog that’s a service dog. Staff was amazing though.
