The hotel is in a great location with lots of dining options nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a full range of amenities, daily housekeeping service, and a convenience store on the ground level. The parking was a bit inconvenient as it’s a car elevator that requires the staff to assist each time you want to leave or return, but they are always happy to help; 24 hrs a day. Also, the toilet paper is 1-ply which isn’t a big deal but took some getting used to. Overall, it’s a great hotel to book in Hachinohe.
Friendly staff who speak some English, a quick check in and usual Daiwa Roynet automated check out. Good business hotel in the centre of Hachinohe with a Lawsons on the 1st floor and lots of restaurants nearby. Limited parking next to the hotel - may not be available if you arrive after 5pm. A simple but adequate Japanese and Western breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor.

So friendly and clean convenient for breakfast or the family mart for a quick bevy
The hotel is located in a very convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff is very friendly and we were assisted by an English speaking clerk. We were placed in a corner room on the 9th floor which was very spacious. The food was very tasty. The only drawback was that it is located far from Hachinohe Train Station. We went there via taxi as we had a lot of luggage with us. If you travel light, you could go by local train to Hon Hachinohe Station which is about 6 minutes walk to the hotel.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located in the city center. The hotel front desk is on the 2nd floor and the staff is extremely courteous. Communicating in English can be a problem depending upon the staff member but they will do their best to help you out the best they can. I stayed in a single room - the room and bathroom sizes were pretty good compared to many Japanese hotels. Wifi signal was strong and without any signal dropouts (and no password). Hotel is located about 10 min walk from Hon Hachinoe station. There is a bus stop about 50 feet from the hotel. Trains to and from Hon Hachinoe station are infrequent (1 per hour) while bus service is more frequent so if you are going to Hachinoe station (to catch Shinkansen) or if you are going to the coast to Same you may consider taking the bus. There are many restaurants within 5 min walking distance from the hotel. There is a convenience store (Lawson) on the first floor just by the hotel entrance. By the way, you can get bus and train timetables in English from the tourist office in Hachinoe station. I highly recommend staying at Daiwa Roynet Hotel as I had a good experience with them.
On a side note, I did not find much to do in Hachinoe area itself but go to the coast. Take bus or train to Same and then take a sightseeing bus from there along the coast but I decided to walk about 3 miles along the coast (and take the bus back to Same) - gorgeous views!
The Hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet they offer at the restaurant in the first floor was not my favourite as it did not have as many options as other breakfast buffets we have visited in Japan and the service was not as good.
i had stayed in this hotel on my vacation over Aomori province. the room size is more tiny than pics of website. i can hardly walk through on standing my suitcase and bed condition is not so good. it's a bit creaking but bathroom is clean and hot water works really well and staffs are very kind, well communicate.
but there is one thing to notice. there is only way to warm a room that supply hot air by fan heater. i think that it made dry air so might be got a sore throat.
I enjoyed my stay and I requested for upgrade to bigger room with just minimal extra charge. The reception staff was very helpful and tried her best to answer my queries.
