Die Lage ist super gewesen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass es eine (eher grosse) Kakerlake im Zimmer hatte. Wir nehmen an, sie kam durch die Klimaanlage. Wir haben das Proble gemeldet und sie waren super hilfsbereit, auch wenn sie die Kakerlake nicht mehr gefunden haben. Sie haben sich auch mehrfach Entschuldigt. Jedoch fanden wir uns dann damit ab, denn es scheinte normal zu sein, dass es viele Kakerlaken hat. Auch auf der Strasse sieht man sie viel. Im grossen und Ganzen hat alles gestimmt. Pool war super. Das Zimmer wirklich sehr gross und sauber. Das Personal super freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Auch am letzten Tag der Abreise, war es möglich das Gepäck zu lagern und wir konnten den ganzen Tag noch alle sachen des Hotels brauchen (Pool, Fitness, spa etc)

later check out was possible pool area was nice airconditioning was good - breakfast was 15€/day, not 10€ like your app text said (used it 3 days) - room 309 balcony was useles - later check out 20€/hour - soundproof was bad In the room - pool towel polet system

The staff was friendly as was the service. The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. I would visit this hotel again at any time.

Das Hotel verfügt über ein sehr liebenswürdiges Personal, das stets um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht ist. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr schön, insbesondere die beiden Pools und das kleine, aber feine Fitnessstudio. Allerdings ist die Lage des Hotels schlecht, da man ohne ein Taxi aufgeschmissen ist. Zudem gibt es keine Spiel- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder, weshalb das Hotel für Familien mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen ist.
