Staff were very friendly & rooms were clean.
Bit of confusion with the Kid's Hero park access that come only with certain rooms, our room turned out that it came with free Spa access instead (which turned out better for us).
We would stay in this hotel again.
Very comfortable stay. The room was huge and it was more like a hotel than a hostel. Turn right after exiting the intercity bus terminal, not the express bus terminal. Only con was that the room was not made up during the 3 days we were there.
Exceeded my expectations definitely, only strange thing was that the room was not cleaned once in our stay throughout the 3 days. Even the trash was not emptied.
This was my second stop during my trip and this hostel was neat and clean. The people at the reception are friendly and can help you with queries. I had booked myself in a 6 person sharing , but they upgrated me to a 4 people sharing. The roomates were all korean, which was a lill something i sisnt expect but that was also cool. The rooms are spacious the only issue was that in a four bed sharing there were only 3 charging points out of which 2 were close to one bed and the other one in one corner, so that was a bit dissappointing.
The bathrooms dont have locks but fortunately i didnt have any weird incidents.
They do not provide breakfast in the cost but then there are many options around at just walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were also clean.
So overall a nice stay.

Alright as Guesthouse
Good location next to intercity bus terminal. Looks newly innovated outside and in open area but not exactly for the rooms. Room is traditional type so don't expect any furniture inside. Bathroom design is 'various' some with shower separated from toilet some doesn't. No luggage storage service by reception except paid lockers. Value for its name of 'guesthouse' though.

This guest house is more like a hostel. They do charge a reasonable price for a big breakfast (It is not included in the booking). The rooms are kinda small but you get what you pay for. It is very conveniently located, right next to the intercity bus terminal, and access to public transportation is close by as well. Most of the sights are a bit of a walk away but there is plenty of restaurants, korean and western, near by which makes this a perfect hostel to stay at.
The wifi is of good quality, never had a problem with slowness or anything like that.
The hotel was wonderful, in essence. The rooms were clean, heated floors, great wood finish and comfortable pillows/blankets. The hotel had so many rules however. Everywhere you turn, there is a sign telling you NOT to do something. I wish i were embellishing. The male staff were quite friendly but the female clerk who sat at the front desk was very self absorbed. She never acknowledged me or asked me to wait a moment while she was finishing a task. She made me feel quite unwelcome. It also may be that she was shy to talk to a foreigner. In either case, unprofessional.
We booked a Korean ondol room and the description stated shower in room but when we showed up, we were given a small ondol room with no toilet or shower inside in the separate building. After showing the receptionist the description of the room on hotels.com, we were moved to a much nicer ondol room with shower and toilet in the main building. It was frustrating to move our big suitcase back and forth between buildings. The next morning we went to breakfast and were asked to pay for our breakfast, so we had to run back upstairs to the same receptionist to show him that our room rate should include breakfast based on the confirmation. Fortunately I had a copy of the confirmation on my iPad, otherwise it would have been hard to communicate with the lack of English oral comprehension and speaking skill of the staff. Breakfast was the worst that we had on this trip out of all the hotels/motels/guest houses where we had stayed on this trip. A few pieces of white bread (not even a wheat option) and an raw egg that you need to cook yourself, we regret for not staying at the previous motel around the corner at a lower rate with a much better breakfast delivered to your door.
