Overall, our stay was average. The service was average. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, although we had some challenges. First, there was the confusion with the air conditioning (there is one remote for lights, television, and air). Then, there was some electrical issues (nothing was turning on). We went to the front desk, and they quickly fixed the problem with one switch of a button. The complimentary breakfast wasn't anything memorable (Korean food for my Mom, toast and tea for me).
While located in the business district, it was difficult to locate the hotel via taxi. For English speaking travelers, I recommend taking a photo of the hotel location for your taxi driver. Also, the pronunciation of Firenze is "Pirenche" (phonetically Pee-ren-che) as there is no "F" in the Korean language. If anything, you are walking distance from the downtown Ramada Hotel and Outback Steakhouse. Also, you are walking distance from a subway station.
If we were to book a hotel again, we would probably find something in the Dong-gu district (where there are more shops and restaurants in Chungjang-ro).
