Overall it is ok. They do serve the break fast in the room, by which they do limit the quantity of food that they give. For a night stay it is ok. I do not know how they gave a 3 star rating to that hotel. It is just an ordinary hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price
We stayed at this hotel in late December in a de lux room. Very comfortable, large room, clean well functioning bathroom. The best was the bed, very comfortable, home like with crispy clean white sheets. Staff was pleasant, breakfast(included) always on time, very generous. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
