A Working Progress - 2 Star Review
So, first of all, the pictures did not tell the tell of the hotel. They made everything look bigger and more pristine then it really was. I was greeted pretty nicely, the people and the staff were really nice overall during my stay. But, nice does not mean they were great. There were lots of inconsistencies throughout my one week stay. My fiancé used to be a supervisor in one of the nicest hotels. Across the board from the obvious and even the not so obvious things were off. 1. Cleanliness - Glass was full of spots, the paint was chipping everywhere, the sheets when replaced wasn't even cleaned well. The halls when clean and sanitized smelled awful of chemicals, not safe for people at all. I.E. -- Go to a Hilton or a Crowne Plaza- you will not get these smells. 2. Delivery of services -- Seemed like they were understaffed or disorganized. When things were requested such as water or food, or even towels- it took a very long time to get to us. 3. Food -- The buffet was serviceable, but underwhelming. Dishes were overly spicy and even too much masala (and I am Indian). The juices were not fresh. Overall-- okay at best. I would say, there is lots of potential if everyone got trained by hotel professionals. Also, I feel everyone music improve the skills of speaking English better. This is a professional industry-- your staff needs better training. And better training in EVERYTHING. Again, everyone was super nice and courtesy-- I enjoyed that part.

The highlight of my stay, however, was the culinary journey through Japanese cuisine at your restaurant. Each dish was a masterpiece, meticulously crafted to perfection. From the delicate flavors of sashimi to the umami-rich broth of miso soup, every bite was a delight to the senses. The chefs' dedication to authenticity and quality was evident in every dish, and I was thoroughly impressed by the skill and artistry displayed in each presentation. Additionally, the attentive service and warm hospitality of your staff further contributed to the overall enjoyment of my dining experience. The Sky City hotel in Gurgaon exceeded all expectations with its top-notch amenities. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. What sets sky city apart is its impeccable service.The staff go above and beyond make guests feels welcome and attended too.From room service to the concierge,every interaction was delightful.The food here is great and we enjoyed spa treatments and jaccuzi too ...Wifi speed also nice which helps you to work on projects of office work who need high wifi speed..

Hotel is very dated and needs a refurb to bring it in line with others around there. Bathroom we had a suite the water took 30 min to drain after use im bath and sink not pleasent. Overall it was a 1 night stay so grinned and beared it .

The stay was much average, and the hotel has deterioriated from last year 2018 when I also stayed here. Food options were less, not up to the quality. Breakfast menu had less variety, their parathas were invariably hard as papad. Same hardness in poha, upma, pooris. Staff was very inexperienced. They were not versed with the description of the food from the menu. Rooms are also okay, thrice in the day you get disturbed by staff who mistakenly rings your door, or just to find out if there is someone in the room. Crowd is also very average, you somehow get a feeling you are staying in an average hotel. The good, and the best thing about this hotel is the live music every evening at the dining hall. The guy Rahul is a great singer, and I have become a great fan of his. Every evening used to be great because of his melodious singing.

I have been there on four previous occasions because of the high standard by unfortunately my expectations were disappointing. The only good thing there is the entire staff is ver warm and hospitable....... not sure if I would want to stay there again..☹️

Nice hotel
Room was comfy. Food was good. Wifi worked well. Renovation was in progress at the hotel, resulting in some deficiency in service and tidiness. Hopefully this is temporary.

Best medium price hotel near Delhi Airport
I have used this hotel many times as a stopover. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is easy for taxi drivers to find because it is near the Delhi-Jaipur road. It is a nice hotel and good value for money. Its speciality is hosting Japanese visitors and has good food.

Don't waste your money
Very disappointing. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was dark and too crowded, surfaces weren't clean, phone by the bed didn't work, there was a power point for the lamp right behind the pillows. Toilet seat had stains on it. Air con didn't work. Staff wouldn't help to call us a local taxi. Not worth the price per night.
