Spend a memorable vacation in this newly renovated and furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family home just a few steps to the beach. The recent renovation includes a brand-new kitchen, flooring, and furnishings throughout. Feels like a chic brand-new home in an established, yet private, beach neighborhood. The house is third row and a short walk to the beach and is on a very quiet and private side street. You can park in the private beach access parking for one car. You will have access to Cabana Beach’s private white sand beach that will give you plenty of room to stretch out and relax.
Vaulted ceilings in the living room and numerous windows throughout the home brighten the rooms and create a sense of space that guests will appreciate. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs and wireless internet is available throughout the home. From sunbathing to grilling, the private deck is sure to offer plenty of enjoyment for your stay. Guests will also have the added advantage of the home's great location for serving as a home base for exploring Gulf Shores. The first bedroom has a large closet, a comfortable bed (with a new memory foam mattress), a private balcony, and a private bath with a jetted tub. The second bedroom has another comfortable bed, two full-size beds, and a private balcony. The home has a large front porch, a large washer and dryer, and brand-new high-end appliances.
The house is just two miles east of the Kiva Dunes Public Golf Course and seven and a half miles west of the Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club. Spend a day exploring the historic Fort Morgan State Historic Site and museum, just 10 miles away, and on the way home, grab a delicious seafood meal at Tacky Jacks or Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill. The heart of Gulf Shores, including a ton of bars and restaurants, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, is only 14 miles east. There is a great local small grocery/liquor store and gas station at the entrance to the neighborhood less than a mile away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
