Each year the owner's update some aspect of the home, to make it more enjoyable for both the renters and themselves. During the last 3 years there has been significant updates made to the kitchen, with all new stainless steel appliances as well as large tile travertine limestone flooring. The second and third bathrooms were refitted with limestone and granite flooring, marble and granite counters, new fixtures, lighting, facets, and mirrors. Beautifully unique ceramic tiles have been installed at the entryway. This year, the master bath was completely rebuilt with new custom-made walnut cabinetry, antique furniture, antique style soaking tub, extravagant fixtures throughout, and a luxurious shower wet area. The wet area walls, floor-to-ceiling, and the entire floor of this oversized new bathroom are covered by seven full slabs of exquisite and rare Italian marble.
The open, airy feeling is enhanced by the 10-foot ceilings of this penthouse unit, along with generous 15-foot vaulted ceilings in the living and dining areas.
