For rent for your future vacation a new 125 m² "Bassin spirit" and very comfortable villa located in Gujan Mestras, the city with seven ports, on the
 Arcachon bay on a 500 m² enclosed plot, with its terrace and barbecue.

-Pets welcome.
-Vacation checks accepted, ANCV.
- PMR access for people with reduced mobility not labeled, but access ramp and possibility of circulating in a wheelchair but not electric.
-Free and unlimited WiFi Internet access.

It is composed of a kitchen, living room and dining room, four bedrooms, three shower rooms and three toilets, one of which is independent.

All the equipment in the house is new and of high quality.

House :

-1 living / dining room: convertible rapido leather sofa with thick and very comfortable mattress, large LED screen.

-1 fully equipped American kitchen (Dishwasher, Fan oven, hob, American fridge with ice, microwave....)

- Taupe parental suite of 21 m² with private bathroom and wc, equipped with a 102 cm Tv Led.

- Blue room: New and comfortable bedding in 160 x 200, private bathroom with wc, equipped with a 32 inch LED TV.

-Green room: New and comfortable bedding in 160 x 200, equipped with a 32 inch LED television.

- Shared bathroom with the green and pink bedroom: Italian shower and basin unit.

- Pink bedroom: New bedding composed of 2 80x200 beds that can be pushed together if necessary, equipped with a 32 inch LED television.

-1 independent toilet.

-1 cellar with washing machine and dryer.

-Baby equipment available: cot, high chair and bathtub.

Nice house in quiet area
We had a nice stay at the spacious house. Caroline was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately a number of things were broken (water taps, waste bin, blinds etc.) and the internet was terribly slow. Very late information in advance that linen must be brought or rented rather expensively.

Maison très fonctionnelle très bien équipée pour manger sur place (frigo américain ustensiles cuisson tout est de qualité)non loin des ostréiculteurs pour déguster des huîtres et autres produits de la mer non loin de la gare pour rejoindre Arcachon…. Tout est accessible à pieds en vélo …. Notre hôte( Caroline) était très sympathique et très arrangeante 👍 Je recommande cet établissement. F&R

Bon séjour , quelques imperfections quand même mitigeur d eau cassé ,manque de plats ,
Maison sympa, mais pas mal d imperfections, ménage moyen , mitigeur d eau cassée , manque de plats ,rideau moisissures. Impossible de fermer la maison à clés . Par contre accueil de Marion impeccable, sympathique à l écoute , situation loin des plages , prix de location de serviettes exhorbitant , Abritel après votre scandale , vérifiez mieux

Maison très bien équipée . Nous étions 10 et pas de soucis de place. 3 salles de bain c’est vraiment appréciable lorsqu’on est nombreux. Très bien décoré. Literie parfaite. Il faudrait juste changer les oreillers… Merci pour le séjour c’était top.

Grande maison de plain pied au calme avec petit jardin
Moderne, propre, tout confort. Au calme au fond d une impasse. Pour les accros à la télé, il y en a une grande ds le salon et une dans chacune des 4 chambres.
