For rent for your future vacation a 100 m² fully renovated "Bassin spirit" and very comfortable house located in Gujan Mestras, the town with seven ports, on the edge of the Arcachon bay on 900 m² of enclosed land, with its terrace and his barbecue.

-Pets welcome.

-Free and unlimited WiFi Internet access.

This one is composed of an air-conditioned kitchen, living room and dining room, three bedrooms, a bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower and separate toilet.

All the equipment in the house is new and of high quality.

House :

-1 living / dining room: very comfortable convertible leather sofa, large LED screen.

-1 fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, Fan oven, hob, American fridge with ice, microwave ...)

-It has 3 bedrooms:
Each of them is composed of new and comfortable bedding in 160 x 200 and a 32 inch LED television.

1 bathroom, walk-in shower, double sinks.

1 independent toilet.

1 washing machine and 1 dryer.

-Baby equipment available: cot, high chair and bathtub.

In the living room a rapido leather sofa convertible into 140 x 200 with a real thick Bultex mattress

All our bedding is new, of great brand and quality.

PRM Handicap ACCESS:

Even if it does not have the disabled label, the house can allow some disabled people to enjoy a holiday by the pool
of Arcachon.
Indeed, an access ramp has been built at the entrance of the house.
A transfer bar installed in the toilet.
And in the bathroom we find a walk-in walk-in shower and a grab bar has also been attached.
However, the standard width of the bedroom doors does not allow access for electric wheelchairs.

Location bien équipée et très bien au niveau de l'intérieur. Par contre les extérieurs doivent êtres soignés .l ensemble laisse une impression dun entretien minimum. L'environnement de la maison est tres moyen vous n'aurez pas une vue inoubliable. Pour le reste region pluvieuse si vous aimez les huitres vous serez comblés sinon si il fait mauvais c'est bien triste 😥 je vous recommande la location pour une famille avec enfants pour les autres chercher une autre région

Super location à Gujan-Mestras
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à Gujan-Mestras. La maison est très fonctionnelle, très bien décorée, dans un quartier hyper calme et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Le grand terrain clos et la terrasse avec store sont très appréciables. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Caroline.

Très agréable
Maison superbement agencée, très bel espace de vie, on s'y sent bien. L'extérieur est top aussi entre la terrasse avec mobilier de jardin et store-banne, et le grand jardin clos où les enfants peuvent courir sans danger. La maison est bien située dans un quartier calme. On peut rejoindre les pistes cyclables rapidement. Nous sommes heureux de ce séjour.

Petite maison tranquille mais vieillotte. A remettre au goût du jour. Fenêtres qui coincent, volets à battants en bois pas évidents à ouvrir et fermer par temps de luie. Aucune isolation phonique. Il ne faut pas tirer la chasse d'eau la nuit. Bref, le prix ne correspond pas à la qualité requise.

Tout est là pour que vous passiez un super séjour
Maison avec tout le confort nécessaire, on se sent comme dans sa propre maison, équipement très complet de bonne qualité, il ne manque vraiment rien. La communication est top. Souplesse sur l'heure d'arrivée et du départ. La maison est bien située, au calme avec un jardin clos et bien entretenu. Je recommande à 100 %.

Bon emplacement, maison spacieuse, équipement moderne, bon acces internet. Le portaille d'entrée doit être immédiatement remplacé ou réparé - actuellement il est fermé avec un fil métallique.

Gujan Mestras est une destination trés agréable ,avec aussi ses cabanes de pecheurs . nous étions proche des commoditées , la gare dessert Arcachon en 10mn et Bordeaux en 25mn ,la location se trouve au calme et est très agréable . Je conseille vivement

Perfektes Haus für Familien
Haus liegt zurückgelegen in einer ruhigen Umgebung perfekt zum erholen. Das große Grundstück mit Terrasse und Außengrill rundete dies ab. Große Wohnküche, und drei separate Zimmer, alle mit Fernseher. Supermarkt U-Hyper 5 - 7 Min. mit Auto. Mit dem Auto nach Arcachon mit pefektem Sandstrand 25 min. Etwas weiter die Dune du Pyla sehr beeindruckend. Sehr nettes Personal beim Check in/Check out, sehr hilfsbereit. Waren rundum zufrieden - Familie mit einem Kind.
