Detached house with private garden, ideal for families with children

Our house, typical residence of the Catalan Pyrenees, is located in the small town of Guils de Cerdanya province of Girona. Located on the northern slope of the Cerdanya Valley, with amazing views and in which there is a beautiful Romanesque church of the fourteenth century. The municipality has a ski skiing. And it is very close to several ski resorts.
A very nice for families with children who like the tranquility of the mountain and practice sports outdoors.
It sleeps 10 people, and is available as follows:
The house is entered through the garage, in the basement, or in the garden directly entering the ground floor where the fully equipped kitchen, lounge with fireplace and a suite room with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower . Climbing stairs arrive at the first and last floor where there are 3 bedrooms plus. A suite with two single beds and bathroom with bidet and shower, a room with four bunk beds arranged on two sharing bathroom with bidet and bath with another room that has two single beds.

HOUSE RULES:
- Not be allowed to accommodate more guests than those indicated to confirm the reservation.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house but in the garden.
- Respect the content and continent of housing.
- All equipment and machines in the apartment must function properly. If not, I will do my best to repair it urgently. But no refund will be issued.
- Failure to comply with these rules that damage or injury resulting housing will involve the total loss of the amount deposited as a deposit.
- When the Check in is after 22: 00h a charge of 20 € to be paid in cash with the delivery of keys will be charged.

Recibimiento lamentable
La casa en fotos parece una cosa y cuando entras está vieja, las paredes sucias y el suelo de la cocina viejo. La calidad precio me parece desproporcionada, no vale en absoluto lo que pagas,de todos modos nos hemos sentido bien en ella, es cómoda pese a estar poco cuidada. Me parece muy importante resaltar que la señora que nos recibió tuvo una actitud bochornosa, fue maleducada, antipática, le pegó un pisotón a mi perro y en lugar de disculparse le hizo gracia, nos recibió como si nos estuviese haciendo un favor y dándonos avisos de que nosotros pensasemos que tenía que recoger a su hija cuando hacía tres días que sabía a que hora llegaríamos. Sinceramente ella nos creó un mal rollo que nos arruinó la llegada, no había un solo tronco para la chimenea y nos dijo que era problema nuestro por no haber preguntado y que nadie se le había quejado, sinceramente con su actitud desagradable y impertinente me parece extraño que nadie se haya quejado. Después de tener una actitud que dejo muchísimo que desear durante el recibimiento y como ya he dicho pisar a nuestro perro sin siquiera disculparse salió por la puerta con una actitud altiva y seca y dijo adiós y se fue. En todos los años que llevo alquilando casas jamás había encontrado un recibimiento tan nefasto y personalmente creo que personas como ella hacen que decididamente nunca más repitas en esa casa aunque hubiese sido la casa perfecta. Una pena encontrar personas tan poco profesionales.

Casa agradable y nevada como en la foto
Hemos pasado un fin de semana con unos amigos y los niños en esta casa. La casa está bien equipada hasta cafetera de cápsulas, todo un detalle y algunos juegos para los niños. Guils está cercano a las pistas de esquí, ha caído una nevada además una nevada y ha dejado el jardín como el de la foto!!!!! Casa recomendable sin duda. Gracias

Casa equipada cono necesario, amplia y zona tranquila
Hemos pasado un fin de semana 2 familias en esta casa, y os podemos asegurar que los espacios han sido suficientemente amplios y cómodos. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario. La zona muy cercana a pistas de esquí y a la vez en un pueblo muy tranquilo y agradable para pasear. Al dejar la casa nos dimos cuenta que nos faltaba un peluche del niño, Antonio se ha ofrecido de forma muy amable a entregarnoslo en mano. Gracias!! Sin duda un lugar para repetir!!!

Logement idealement situé pour rayonner en Cerdagne et faire des randonnées, dont certaines ont leur point de départ au village. Entre village rustique et lieu de villégiature local, bonne adresse pour ses paysages, proximité de Puigcerda, et calme. Maison très agreable.
