First and foremost, this was not luxury a hotel . A hotel that does not offer high-end beverages with the amount of money that is paid per night is ridiculous. Not only include Redbulls no type of good liquor. The service was very mediocre. My sheets were not changed. They were filthy I had to call housekeeping and explained to them that the bed was made however, the sheets were never changed. The bathtub was spilling water everywhere. It was never It wasn’t working properly. I have traveled too many high-end luxury hotels, and I never encountered any type of issues. I even think they had bedbugs on my face and my arms. I highly demand either a refund or a new stay for free.

I stayed at this property for 3 days and 2 nights and believe me I’m already looking to book another trip here the room was top tier and the food was 10/10 the pools were clean and the shoes at the theater was a win.. they also have a little disco Dani h floor that goes up until 3AM my only problem was that I’m Jamaican and I don’t speak Spanish so it was hard for the staff to understand me most times but this place is the real deal beaches, restaurants and bars are all at this resort and the price was the best in town emotions for the win

El hotel es bien caro para las condiciones que brinda. la comida del bufet es pésima, siempre lo mismo todos los días y sin variedad alguna. la habitación con la puerta a la piscina rota, el baño se inunda y el agua sale para la habitación. Ahora la atención por parte del personal fue excelente. Siempre atentos y muy carismáticos.
