Overall stay was 8.5/10. The service staff were great, especially Eddie. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were left, which is a plus since other hotels we’ve been to don’t usually clean daily. The food in the main restaurant was ok, nothing special. The Mexican restaurant was my favorite. The ambience really took me back to Mexico and the food was spectacular. The drinks and bar service staff were nice. The only thing that we did not like was the insistent and aggressive marketing staff that tried to sell us memberships for the hotel. The guy even came up to our room to find out if we weren’t coming to his presentation and for a couple that’s on vacation, being pestered on a daily basis is quite frustrating and if I could change anything from the trip that would be it. Other than that, the experience was great.

Everything is nice inside the resort, but as soon as you step out of it the picture is completely different. It becomes a real landfill. Why don't they clean all the garbage?

Despite the fact that the hotel was totally crowded, the staff maintained a kind service all the time. We had issues with the room as the hotelndid not follow the instructions of the bedding configuration of 2 queen beds, however they showed a very strong interest in solving the issue for us, and they did. The kindness of the staff makes it easier to wait until the issue is solved. Thanks for the service.

Rooms were clean and up to date. Staff were nice and friendly. The only problem would be people working for commission, they are very persistent and annoying. Or personal concierge, Santo, led us astray lying about a hire spa package that turned out to be a membership tour that took up 3 hours of my last day. Then they were trying to force me to buy in, saying it’s just money. I came here for all inclusive with everything I’m trying to spend accounted for, not to spend $2,000.00 plus dollars randomly for something.

The staff was amazing and attentive. We met so many incredible people. There was a foam party, Michael Jackson performance, and night club. It was a wonderful experience. We stayed in the adult part of the resort. The beach was beautiful. The staff at the beach was great. I would definitely visit again.

The location is excellent sea is breathtaking beach is very good and clean . Staff if they can help very helpful and friendly Big surprise was the food and it was not the menu itself it was the quality of cooking Kitchen people should go to culinary school.If you meat person than forget about if you love fish than forget about if you love bread and dairy fruits the same story . Coffee shop unremarkable just excellent.Room clean and nice . We stayed in adult section. But pool was like for kind . If they improve a few things we definitely come back .
