This property is a scam. I was not able to stay here in the end. I showed up to the property, with the reservation pre payed through expedia only to find out that not only was it not payed but that they only accept cash and quetzales. in no place do they say that they DO NOT ACCEPT US DOLLARS. they dont take card, they dont take bank transfer, only quetzales in cash. This place kicked us out and yelled at us for "wasting their time". I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. the pictures were clearly taken years ago cause this place was falling apart from the start.

Tienen muy buen servicio, lo unico que se recomienda que mejoren su higiene de acuerdo al cambio de ropa de camas, colocar vasos y agua para los huespedes, colocar toma corrientes cerca de las camas y mejorar las condiciones de las duchas ya que el agua se sale de la misma
Well the first day they couldn't find the reserve I made on hotels.com and they try to make me pay twice. Than I try to book another one with the same hotel for a different day and they email me that they was no more rooms so check back on hotels.com and they did have more rooms so for me it's 1 star hotel

I did a reservation two days before arriving to Guatemala City. When I arrived to the hotel the receptionist claim they claim there was no reservation. After waiting 15 minutes the reservation was finally found. This hotel was such a disappointment.
Está relativamente cerca de las embajadas y de la plaza Oakland, estuvimos 2 noches y no me gustó q se escuchaba el ruido de la tubería del baño de arriba y no nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación el segundo día
