The stuff was great the hotel it self was good the only complaint I have is the shower it leak water I told them and I was move to another room but it leak not as bed as the first one but it did but overall it was ok

I like to stay at the Hotel Biltmore Guatemala. I like the rooms, the staff and their friendliness. I enjoy staying there because it is quiet, very convenient as it is close to shops, restaurants, airport and other points of interest.
