"Upon arrival, I was not greeted by any of the personnel at the front desk. In fact, the staff simply walked by me without acknowledging my presence, which was quite surprising and frustrating. It felt like they were not concerned with providing even the basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, this lack of attention and helpfulness really set a negative tone for my visit. I expected a higher standard from a hotel of this caliber, especially considering its location at an international airport."
