This is a true Casa Particular which has a relatively small room with lovely modern bathroom and an excellent quiet A/C. Zenayda and David are marvellous hosts and good cooks. Good breakfast and a tasty fish dinner. This casa is a 10 minute walk to Las Brisas Hotel beach.

Stay was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is close to all the tourist sites and parks (within walking distance). Parking is in a parking lot next to the property, very safe. Room was large, with a fridge. Staff did speak English. I spoke Spanish to continue to improve my Spanish speaking. Guardalavaca is definitely a must for a visit. Also mingle with the Cuban people for better understanding of their culture and life. They are a very happy and friendly people.

Fantastische vakantie gehad.
Wij wisten niet goed wat we van het verblijf moesten verwachten. Vanaf de eerste minuut voelden we ons thuis bij David en Zenayda. Wat een lieve mensen!! Het was niet leuk om afscheid te nemen. Het eten was heel lekker. De kamer was mooi en schoon. De volgende keer boeken we de kamer hier weer!

Zunächst waren wir etwas irritiert, da es unser erstes Zimmer in einer Wohnung in einem Häuserblock war. Die Vermieter sind aber sehr herzlich und super hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist verhältnismäßig klein, aber sauber und ruhig. Ein kleiner Tip für die Eigenanreise: Das Casa liegt an der Hauptstraße, gegenüber der Polizeistation. Uns hatte google-maps zunächst in die Parallelstraße geführt, was uns erst mal etwas suchen ließ. Das Schild ist aber von der Hauptstraße aus am Balkon gut sichtbar (wenn man drauf achtet). Muchas gracias a la gente del casa!
