Excellent, Right next to Juarez plaza. Room were clean and neat. No A/C but weather was nice and a fan will work. Wish they had coffee service in room or lobby in the morning . But plenty of coffee shops around.

**Overall Experience:** While I feel that for the price I paid, I should not complain, I believe it's important for management to consider a few issues that affected my stay. **Room Issues:** 1. **Hot Water:** Unfortunately, I never had hot water in my room. This was quite inconvenient and should definitely be addressed. 2. **Odor:** There was a sewer gas odor coming from the shower drain, which was unpleasant. **Positive Aspects:** Despite the issues mentioned, I want to highlight that the value for the price I paid was generally good. - **Service:** The service I received was great. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made my stay more enjoyable. - **Breakfast:** I enjoyed the breakfast; it had a good variety of options and was well-prepared. - **Ambiance and Decor:** The ambiance and decorations of the hotel were beautiful, creating a nice atmosphere throughout my stay. **Overall Recommendation:** While I encountered some inconveniences, I believe with improvements, this hotel could offer an even more satisfying experience.

There was not proper ventilation in the room, room was very hot even in the night time, and no refrigerator, hotel area is in real party every night, and very walkable to a many interesting points of the city. We will stay there again but in diferente room.

The hotel itself is great BUT none of the rooms have AIR-CONDITIONING. Our room had a magnificent view to the square which is full of outdoor cafes and bars with Mariachis and Norteño bands blasting until 1am. So it's either bear the heat or open the windows to bear the pounding music

Next to the Action
Wonderful hotel next to the night life action! Traveller must be use to loud noise playing until 3:00am. Also no air conditioning, but a fan was provided to cool things down! Loved the hotel and the cleanliness was great!

Modern comfy hotel, right in the heart of touristic area of Guanajuato, across Plaza de la Unión park, about 7 mins walk to Alley Kiss or 5 min to funicular ride up the hill towards El Pípila monument. Great for adults or families with teens, not so, for toddlers or strollers (a lot of people walking around, and, street musicians playing all the time, so, kind of noisy, but, fun to hung around watching people).

The only reason I am giving this a 2 is because this hotel is not handicapped friendly at all. We had 3 handicapped people and there was no shower chairs, no extensions to put fans closer to the beds, the elevator doesn’t go up to the penthouse or family suites and that is were we stayed. Also, There is no ramp to enter the building.

Chose to stay at this hotel because of its location to the theater Juarez and el Pípila. First time staying in Guanajuato overnight and did so because we wanted to experience a Callejoneada. At the hotel, Brenda at the front desk was kind enough to book us this experience and offered to book us a city tour for the next day. She was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. We booked the city tour and got an amazing tour guide. We were able to explore the Museo de Momias, a mine, el Pípila and do some shopping. It was great! Definitely recommend a stay here. Will be back soon I hope!
