Hotel without access

It was impossible to get in the hotel do not have access to it and most of the streets are closed I spent more than 2 hours on the car driving around until I give up service told me that they didn't give me my money and the app of hotels.com didn't give me the chance to clarify the situation and neither the customer service phone number is was a nightmare then I didn't stay at the hotel because also the souronding looks dangerous so I left

Muy ruidosas habitaciones

Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones limpias pero SUPER RUIDOSAS habitaciones. Se escucha todo de la calle. Rentamos 7 habitaciones y la peor fue la 130 pues, ademas del ruido de la calle que se escucha por completo, el hotel estaciona coches afuera de estas habitaciones. Se anuncia con estacionamiento y solamente cuenta con 4 lugares para coches pequeños justo frente a está habitación. Escuchamos a otros huéspedes quejarse de lo mismo al hacer el check out y hacer estos comentarios en recepcion.

This property is perfect for a tourist. The only thing I will change would be the privacy between the restroom and the main room. The door in the restroom is made of window and has a very thin curtain where your partner can see through that window and see you using the restroom
