Wonderful stay
Our stay was great! At arrival the slight confusion at night and tired we were not sure that the first lobby that greets you is the PB where the cars drop you off. We had to wait a bit for someone to show up. You have to go to the L floor (lobby) and we were quickly checked in and went to our room. The room was very comfortable and quiet surprisingly from all the noise from the downstairs bars so please do not be deceived, you could not hear a thing, we were quite comfortable. The carpets on the hall could use an upgrade, they look pretty dirty and old. The food is great!

Great, but it was noisy. The bar music trembled the beds- couldn’t sleep. We weren’t aware of the breakfast buffet.

The staff was absolutely horrible in every way The rooms were dirty falling apart nothing worked. Drains were all clogged including sink and shower. You would call the front desk, the phone would ring and ring and then when you would go down to the lobby and you would see the employee on their cell phone and the phone would be ringing. You were lucky to get your car out of valet within half an hour they would ask you for money or a tip For literally existing. The only thing good about the location is its distance from the shopping center you could walk . I would not stay there again.

Hotel was clean but lack of maintenance
Hotel was centrally located near the mall with easy access. Our room on the 4th floor was adequate in size and was clean. However, there was a maintenance issue that should have been repaired before our room (404) was allowed to be occupied. The shower shelf had very obviously fallen and had badly cracked the tiles on the floor of the shower. This was both a foot cut hazard, but also is allowing the water to penetrate the broken tile and is likely dripping onto the ceiling of the room below. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Also the bottom sheet on the bed did not fit properly and appeared to be for the wrong size bed. Carpet in the hallways was quite dirty and is in dire need of a proper cleaning. We didn't spend much time in the room as we had a busy several days.

The room was decent. However, my second floor room facing the street was noisy. Music from the restaurant/bars could be heard until 3am. There was a decent variety of breakfast options, though the staff had trouble keeping up with the food demand and cleanup. We had a number of rooms rented and were not able to use our room key to get off the elevators on other floors to visit with friends.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, the noise level was quite high; people were running and yelling in the hallways as early as 4 a.m., making it hard to get any restful sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning remote didn’t work on the first day, and it took two requests to finally get it fixed by the second day. To add to the inconvenience, the main light switch didn’t work, so I had to deal with an awkward workaround to manage the lighting. While the location was convenient, the disturbances and maintenance issues made the stay less than enjoyable. I hope the management can address these issues for future guests.”

Dirty hotel, the white towels were horrible gray, I wouldn't even clean my shoes with them, super small rooms, it smelled bad, I asked for clean towels thinking they would bring better ones but they weren't worse than the ones there already were, the only clean place It is the lobby and the restaurant space, there was never anyone to receive our suitcases and the car, we waited more than 30 minutes, I went up to the lobby and they told me to keep waiting because that was the only thing we could do ourselves, we had to put the things and never bring them up, the external noise is every day downstairs and there are bars and businesses throughout the block, if you are looking to rest this is not the right place, the photos have nothing to do with reality
