LA ultima ocasion, por grabar un mensaje en mi celular para mis hijos en facetime, intentaron cobrarme ëxtra ¨por usar mi celular... me pareció un intento de robo. Así mismo cobran por el estacionamiento y no está especificado en su información. Mucha precaución con este inmueble y sus administradores estafadores!

Fue una experiencia amarga, reservamos por hotel.com sin ocuparnos de cambiar los ocupantes a 4 personas que fuimos, dejando la reservacion que esta por defaul en el sistema de 2 personas, parecia la tipica propiedad de airbnb que se oferta en hotel.com o booking, es una casa de 3 pisos con 2 habitaciones, en sus reglas de casa pone que es para 4 ocupantes y pago de $250 por ocupante extra, sin embargo el encargado de turno tomo el criterio de como teniamos una reserva para 2 personas y somos 4 nos cobro $500 extra por noche, estuvimos 5 noches, asi que tuvimos que pagar $2500 estra por nuestra estancia, le hicimos ver el error en el criterio, ya que haciendo pruebas con nuevas reservaciones el precio es el mismo para 2 o 4 ocupantes, pedimos hablar con el gerente pero fueron excusas de que el gerente no estaba, que llegaba el dia siguiente pero que tampoco llegaba, asi qeu fue dialogo de sordo y no se pudo escalar el problema. la propiedad tiene buen diseño, solo entrados en años sin mayores mantenimientos, algunos muebles ya deteriorados, teniamos 2 sillas rotas que al avisar al encargado de turno si nos hizo el cambio. las condiciones del inmueble ya no son de las fotografias, ya estan mucho mas deterioradas. en conclusion, si nos sirvio la propiedad para nuestra necesidad, las condiciones de vejez es entendible y mas o menos aceptable, pero ese cobro extra lo considero absolutamente abusivo.
