The rooms are very outdated. No refrigerator, ice nor long mirror. Restroom is tiny, very hard to even shower on a shower without a full door. You can hear everything that goes on in the room next to you therefore they are not soundproof as advertised. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable stay. The bed is stiff as a board..

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the noise, this is an area where there are bars that are close to the hotel. The hotel has no policy to enforce quietness and overall the hotel is outdated.

Great hotel
The location is great, next to Dos Templos plaza and a metro station. The hotel is a beautiful older building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ladies who ran the breakfast buffet were really excellent.

The historic building is an experience in itself. Staff are friendly making us feel at home. Rooms are all different and individual. It doesn't have the generic feel of chain hotels. Balconies look out over patios within the hotel. Beds, bathrooms, all the necessary elements were well provided. There were big bottles of drinking water in the hallway so we didn't have to purchase bottled water every day. It was pleasant in every way.
